 Facing Sanity first started creating music in his bedroom in Seattle Washington while attending high school. He used creating music as his escape from the world. He eventually released his first full length singles Summertime and Galaxy while attending the University of Denver. Despite his short career, Facing Sanity has had lots of success, amassing over 200,000 streams on Spotify. 
 Facing Sanity released his first album “Wings and the Theory of Flight ” on March 12th 2021. This album tackled themes of isolation and division especially during these difficult times. Many have praised Sanity for his unique take on emo rap and pop music.
