For the past eight years, Cincinnati, Ohio native GkidFBE has been involved in the music industry. His most recent single, “Made Me,” features him showcasing his hip-hop and pluggnb skills.
Batavia, an east side Cincinnati neighborhood, was where GkidFBE discovered and nurtured his passion for music. His musical development shows a synthesis of vintage and modern hip-hop sounds inspired by legends such as Lil Wayne, Future, Gucci Mane, Speaker Knockerz, Chief Keef, and Lil Durk.
After being influenced by Dr. Dre, Timbaland, Southside, and Pi’erre Bourne, GkidFBE began his musical career while still a high school student by crafting his own beats. Working with local rapper StrapsTheUno in 2016, he improved his abilities in mixing and vocal production on songs including “Get Away Ft. M$M,” “Gametime Ft. OD Insightt,” and a remix of “Rubbin Off The Paint.”
GkidFBE wants to make a lasting influence in the music industry so that he can provide for his loved ones and grow his own record company, FadeAwayBoyz Entertainment. His career in music is only getting started, and “Made Me” is only the first step.
