That’s Alright, Mama

by The Imaginaries

The Imaginaries, an entrancing Americana band, are about to perform an exhilarating rendition of “That’s Alright, Mama” at The Shrine in Tulsa, OK, and you can bet your bottom dollar that you’ll be transported to the wide open plains of Oklahoma.

The Imaginaries are a husband-and-wife duo consisting of Shane Henry (guitar, vocals) and Maggie McClure (piano, vocals), who perform an original mix of Americana and rock. Their first album, recorded in the hallowed studios of Muscle Shoals, Alabama, and released in March of 2021, is a stunning showcase of their beautiful harmonies and moving songwriting.

While each of the artists, Shane and Maggie, has had some success on their own, it is their combined talents that truly shine when they perform. The combination of Maggie’s softly sweet voice and piano-driven approach with Shane’s blues-rock grit creates a sound that is both distinctive and affecting.

The Imaginaries’ musical career is just getting started, but with their extraordinary talent, I have no doubt that they will continue to enchant audiences all around the globe. Hear them play “That’s Alright, Mama” with all their hearts and follow The Imaginaries as they take their music around the world from Norman, Oklahoma.
