‘Prana,’ GéNIA’s brand new single, is a peaceful composition from her upcoming album ‘Exhale.’ Due in large part to GéNIA’s extraordinary stage presence and charismatic performances, the band’s music has been featured on stages and in media all over the world.
‘Prana’ comes from the Sanskrit word for ‘breath,’ and it represents a sense of calm in the midst of chaos. Harmonized with the soothing Sama Vritti breathing method, the piece provides a space for introspection, relaxation, and renewal. When you use this method, you’ll notice that the length of your inhale and exhale become more balanced and calming.
GéNIA, the creator of the holistic piano system Piano-Yoga®, includes yoga postures and breathing exercises on her new album. This one-of-a-kind strategy promotes a fresh introduction to the healing power of her music. In addition, GéNIA has planned a number of 2024 live events where visitors can experience firsthand the enchanted world of ‘Exhale.’
The entire ‘Exhale’ album will be released on October 20, 2023, with individual tracks being released on the first Friday of each subsequent month. Inspiring calm and inner peace with her mesmerizing melodies, GéNIA’s works, as illustrated by “Prana,” demonstrate her artistic prowess.
